Are your clothes locally made?

Yes! We specialize in domestic clothing. We take pride in sourcing and offering quality apparel right here in Lesotho.

How do I know what size to choose?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Since our clothing is domestic, we use standard local sizing. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing it for delivery. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
💸 Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
As Lesotho's first fully integrated e-commerce store, we accept:
 * M-Pesa
 * EcoCash
 * Bank Transfer (EFT) from all local banks.
Is it safe to pay on noirandco.shop?
Yes. We do not store your PINs or bank login details. When you pay via M-Pesa or EcoCash, the transaction is authorized directly on your phone, ensuring your money is always under your control.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all districts across Lesotho. Whether you are in Maseru center or the more remote areas, we will get your package to you.
How much does delivery cost?
 * Maseru CBD: M30.00
 * Other Districts: M50.00 - M70.00 (depending on weight and location).
 * Orders over M1,000 ship for free!
How long will it take to get my order?
 * Maseru: 1–2 business days.
 * Other Districts: 3–5 business days.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If your item doesn't fit or has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund via M-Pesa, EcoCash, or Bank Transfer within 48 hours.
